- 1 pot (125ml) Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- the juice of half a lemon (Obs! Lite väl mycket. speciellt om man dubblar!)
- a handfull of fresh herbs, chopped I used mint, coriander, parsley & oregano
- a drizzle of olive oil
- salt & black pepper
- a pinch ground cumin
- a pinch sumac (optional)
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. Taste and adjust lemon & salt as necessary.
